It is not very often that a company really excels in its Customer Service. Valiant is one of those few exceptions, where the Customer Service that I have received has been second to none. I live onboard a narrowboat and use my stove a lot over the winter. The Valiant fan I purchased a few years ago finally gave up the ghost having been dropped once too many times. I saw your advert online for a full service and returned my poor bashed fan to you Monday. Just five days later the fan was returned, virtually as new, with a new motor, blades and base fitted. Thank you very much for the excellent and prompt service!
Just got the fan, stove was already on, within 20 seconds it was up and working! Fantastic service!

I sent a faulty stove fan to yourselves under warranty and received a new refurbished unit in the post along with some Valiant merchandise goodies. Had my Stove Thermometer just over a year and it started giving incorrect readings, Valiant customer services came to the rescue. I'm very impressed by Valiant aftersales care, even when strictly out of warranty.
