We've updated our website!

On the 1st December, we launched our bright new website. The website, which has been under development for the past 6 months, aims to showcase our products in the home environment as well as giving you extra information on how our products work and making the most out of your fireplace.

This is what our director, Bob, said about the new website: “We are very pleased to be launching our new site, which I feel truly showcases the quality of our products. We have moved away from the heavy red and black of the old site to a cleaner, crisper site which draws focus to our products. The new site has improved functionality for our trade customers, allowing us to offer a great experience for both trade customers and end consumers. Overall, I feel the new website marks very exciting times ahead for Valiant.”

We made the decision to redevelop the site after we held some feedback sessions in the spring. Although many liked the previous site, it was highlighted that some customers found the site hard to navigate and a grey film over imagery made products hard to see. The new site aims to conquer these troubles. You may have notice on some of our product listings you have the ability to rotate our products 360°, we've created improved features like this to show you the true quality of our products before you buy.

Accompanying our new website is a series of lifestyle imagery that Valiant team have created. We shot a lot of new photography for the site because sometimes it can be difficult to convey quality through a computer/mobile screen, so taking our products to real home environments really demonstrates how well our products look in people’s homes.
